Mr. Robert F. Dolo is a distinguished Liberian healthcare leader, cataract surgeon, and Founder and Executive Director of New Eyesight and Medical Center (NEMC), a non-profit institution dedicated to expanding access to quality healthcare and specialized medical services across Liberia. With a strong clinical background and advanced training in ophthalmic surgery, he has played a pivotal role in restoring sight to thousands through high-volume cataract surgeries and outreach programs targeting underserved and rural communities. Under his visionary leadership, NEMC has grown from a modest initiative into a nationally recognized center of excellence, delivering comprehensive services in eye care, ENT, dental, and general medicine, while also strengthening the health workforce through accredited training programs. Calvin N. Daysee
Head of Finance and Administration
Mr. Calvin N. Daysee is a founding member and an incorporator of New Eyesight and Medical Center. Mr. Daysee is a candidate of MBA at the graduate program of the university of Liberia. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administrations Degree (BBA) in Accounting and Management and certificates in Internal Control System and Internal Audit. Calvin has several outstanding certificates in financial management, budget planning and implementation, as well as system and control. He is a result-oriented person with over 10 years of experience in all facets of Local and International NGOs and successful completion of multi-million dollar/euro projects through logistics, finance and administration. Presently work as Head of Finance and Administration at New Eyesight and Medical Center and previously worked at Welthungerhilfe as Regional Accounting for Liberia and Sierra Leone from 2009-2014 and Country accounting from 2014-2015. Took employment with SPARK-Liberia as Finance/Administration Manager from 2015-2016. Mr. Daysee is highly organized and detail-focused Accountant with an exceptional track record of accurately handling financial reporting in deadline-oriented environments. Skilled in all aspects of recording transactions, posting debits and credits, reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy and completeness of data. Expertise in developing and delivering monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management within tight deadlines. Proficiency in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, generating invoices and monthly statements for clients. Proven ability to identify and implement improvements to streamline processes and increase efficiency and productivity. Excellent computer skills; proficient with winpaccs Accounting, cashbook, cost control, QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and able to learn proprietary systems/applications quickly and easily. Caroline N. Dolo

Mrs. Caroline Nyanama Dolo is a founding member and an incorporator of New Eyesight and Medical Center (NEMC) and a highly dedicated healthcare professional currently serving as the Dean of the New Sight College of Health Sciences (NCHS). She plays a central role in advancing both the institution’s clinical and academic initiatives, contributing to the development of a strong and sustainable health workforce in Liberia. She is a Professional Nurse and an Ophthalmic Nurse with a master’s degree in Nursing Education, bringing extensive expertise in clinical service delivery and health education. At NCHS, she has made significant contributions through the coordination and leadership of training programs, including the planning and implementation of academic and clinical education, facilitation of clinical placements, and support for curriculum delivery. She also ensures compliance with national standards and accreditation requirements. She also oversees student assessments, maintaining training quality and managing educational resources. Strengthening capacity-building initiatives for both students and healthcare professionals. Through her leadership, dedication, and commitment to excellence, she continues to play a pivotal role in improving access to quality healthcare services, strengthening training systems, and advancing NEMC’s mission of delivering integrated, equitable, and sustainable healthcare across Liberia.

Mr. Philip G.Weh, a graduate of the University of Liberia with a BSc in Economics . Philip is also an MAP candidate in Human Resource Administration from the Cuttington University graduate and professional studies. He currently serves as the Human Resource Manager and Acting Project Manager at New Eyesight and Medical Center

Mr. Edwin S. Manthar is a skilled Information Technology Specialist and Communication Coordinator with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. He brings extensive experience as a system administrator, with proven competencies in networking, database management, IT support, and teaching. His strong communication skills further enhance his ability to bridge technical solutions with organizational needs. Mr. Manthar is passionate about leveraging information technology to drive social impact and improve service delivery. Prince Yeanay

Mr. Prince Yeanay is a highly experienced Optometry Technician with over eight years of dedicated service in the eye care field. Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in supporting both patients and eye care professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and efficient ocular health services. He is proficient in the use of a wide range of diagnostic equipment and is known for his excellent patient communication skills, helping to create a calm and reassuring environment during eye examinations. In addition to his clinical support role, Mr. Yeanay possesses advanced technical skills in the fitting and glazing of lenses across various frame designs, including full-rim, semi-rimless, and three-piece rimless drill mounts. He demonstrates a proven ability to manage complex lens-to-frame alignments, consistently ensuring optimal visual outcomes, precision, and patient comfort.
